Exploring the courage to love when faced with people we find challenging or difficult. It's hard to keep our hears open to those we see as causing harm, especially when we don't understand their motives, or when their actions seem fuelled by cruelty and indifference.

This is when an understanding of interdependence becomes not just helpful, but essential. It helps us see that closing our hearts to difficult people is in a very real way, like cutting off a piece of ourselves.
