Transforming Emotions
We are often triggered by challenging circumstances in everyday life and are subsequently consumed by an intense emotional storms as a result. In this series of teachings and guided meditations I will explore the various ways in which we can transform our challenging emotions into compassion and wisdom.
Learning how to practice letting go when faced with an emotional challenge, and being able to stand in our own heart. So that we can find the strength to care for ourselves and others.
